Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access across various platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Perform regular data backups and implement comprehensive disaster recovery protocols.
- Develop and document technical procedures, system configurations, and maintenance logs.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve complex hardware and software issues for staff.
- Oversee software patching, firmware updates, and security vulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in systems administration or a similar technical role.
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server management and network administration.
- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps are a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively under pressure.
