Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and monitor the performance of company-wide server infrastructure, operating systems, and network equipment.
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software incidents.
- Implement and oversee rigorous security protocols, including regular system patching, firewall management, and endpoint protection.
- Manage cloud and on-premise backup solutions to ensure high availability and data integrity for business-critical information.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across the organizational domain (Active Directory/Office 365).
- Collaborate with global IT teams to deploy enterprise-wide upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
- Document system configurations, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting procedures to improve internal knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration within an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Experience with cloud service platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a distributed team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
