Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 technical support for Windows Server and Linux environments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems and applications
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Optimize IT infrastructure for scalability and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
- Exposure to media production or animation environments preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, Linux+, CompTIA Server+)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
