We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems and Network Administrator (Senior Officer) to join our team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of our systems and networks. You will manage network operations, troubleshoot technical issues, implement security protocols, and support the technology needs of our growing real estate business.
Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining servers, network devices, and firewalls; ensuring data backup and disaster recovery procedures; administering user accounts and access; monitoring network performance; and leading IT projects to improve efficiency. You will also collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and leadership capability. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Information Technology or equivalent, has at least 5 years of experience in network and system administration, and possesses certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+. Excellent communication skills and a customer-service orientation are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Manage and monitor servers, storage systems, and backup solutions to ensure high availability and data integrity.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and security policies across Windows and Linux environments.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
- Plan and execute IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime.
- Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and IT procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
- Proven experience with network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux operating systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City and be available for after-hours support when necessary.
