In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our AU-based clients and our technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across complex Microsoft-centric environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support for AU-based clients, addressing issues ranging from end-user hardware to complex server-side escalations.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure infrastructure.
- Proactively monitor system health and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure minimal downtime for end users.
- Execute system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance following ITIL best practices.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles for internal team alignment.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to implement infrastructure improvements and security enhancements.
- Manage escalated tickets with a focus on SLA adherence and high-quality resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an IT Systems Engineering or Senior Support role.
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft stack (Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, Office 365/Azure).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs).
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for international clients (AU experience is a major plus).
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are highly preferred.
