Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain daily IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, and end-user hardware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime for all departments.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with internal security policies.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to roll out enterprise-wide system upgrades and digital initiatives.
- Document system configurations, maintenance procedures, and user guides to foster a self-service knowledge base.
- Oversee local IT vendor relationships and procurement of technical equipment.
- Participate in regular system audits to identify potential risks and performance bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and cloud-based infrastructures.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing-related software is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively collaborate with the regional team.
