Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for desktop computer systems, including hardware and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve basic software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist users with network connectivity problems and internet-related queries.
- Log, track, and manage IT service requests and tickets using the internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Site System Support Sr. and Administrators to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain the inventory of IT equipment and ensure workspace organization.
- Conduct user training on standard operating procedures and software usage.
Kualifikasi
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows OS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and internet protocols.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Palawan, Mimaropa.
