Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality IT instruction to students, covering topics such as programming, web development, and computer fundamentals.
- Design, develop, and update curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current industry trends and educational standards.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Mentor students individually and in groups, helping them overcome technical challenges and build confidence in their coding abilities.
- Maintain an organized and engaging classroom environment that encourages collaboration and active participation.
- Collaborate with the management team to integrate new educational technologies and software into the learning process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Education (S1 Pendidikan).
- Teaching certification or relevant educational qualifications are highly preferred.
- Proven experience teaching IT subjects or working in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and software development tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to student success.
