Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in banking systems and infrastructure

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Technical Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of banking systems and financial regulations
- Proficiency in SQL, network troubleshooting, and cloud platforms
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and incident management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are advantageous
