Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
- Assist in the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide training to end-users on new systems and procedures
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in relevant IT technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare IT systems is preferred
