Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for fintech initiatives in trading/investment banking domains
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts) to deliver technical solutions
- Define project scope, milestones, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for complex technical projects
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in financial technology ecosystems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management within fintech/trading/banking
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, APIs, and trading platforms
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
