Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Provide expert-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Execute regular system updates, security patches, and backups to maintain data integrity and network security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions and optimize existing workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and inventory management.
- Identify recurring technical bottlenecks and develop scalable, long-term solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct user training sessions to promote best practices in IT security and system utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a technical support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Windows/Linux server environments, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software technical issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, firewalls, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
