As our IT Support specialist, you will maintain, monitor, and upgrade the critical computer systems that keep our resort running smoothly. From hardware troubleshooting and software deployment to network maintenance, your work directly contributes to our excellence in service. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain company computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems.
- Provide prompt technical assistance to staff regarding hardware and software issues.
- Maintain resort Wi-Fi and POS systems to ensure continuous guest satisfaction.
- Manage data backups and implement cybersecurity best practices to protect company information.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and major equipment maintenance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for internal knowledge base development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols, and troubleshooting hardware components.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (PMS, POS systems) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote location.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during technical outages or system failures.
