Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
- Provide technical support and guidance to users via phone, email, or in-person
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with IT team to implement technology solutions
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices
- Train users on new systems and software applications
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT technical support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
