Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide advanced Level 2 and 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents that require in-depth technical analysis.
  • Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
  • Configure and support end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT best practices and upgrades.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an IT Technical Support L2 or L3 Engineer.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
