Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced Level 2 and 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents that require in-depth technical analysis.
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Configure and support end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile equipment.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT best practices and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT Technical Support L2 or L3 Engineer.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
