Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Manage IT service desk tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure team on system upgrades and security patches
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical failures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ITSM tools and remote desktop solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and onsite in Bonifacio Global City
