HK Tech Enterprise is a growing technology services company looking for a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Selangor.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to our team, and ensuring seamless operation of all technology systems. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions that support business operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical problems, stays updated with the latest technology trends, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and access points
- Respond to IT helpdesk requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are followed
- Assist with IT asset management and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with external vendors for equipment repairs and software installations
- Document technical procedures and provide training to end-users when required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical technician role
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
