Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Provide end-to-end technical support to internal users, including remote assistance and on-site visits.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Perform regular system backups and security audits to protect company data.
- Assist in the deployment, setup, and configuration of new devices and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to prevent downtime.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Proficient in configuring routers, switches, and basic networking protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
