In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our internal systems and hardware infrastructure remain robust, secure, and fully functional.
You will play a critical role in supporting our daily business activities, troubleshooting technical bottlenecks, and maintaining the technological environment that empowers our staff. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys working with both software systems and physical hardware, bringing a proactive approach to incident management and technical support.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-line technical support for system issues, software errors, and hardware malfunctions.
- Perform regular maintenance and configuration of workstations, printers, and peripheral hardware.
- Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring high availability of IT services for all departments.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software installations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical issues, support logs, and inventory assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement security protocols and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with company data protection and cybersecurity policies.
- Respond promptly to technical helpdesk requests and resolve issues within defined service level agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity software.
- Experience with network troubleshooting, cabling, and basic server configurations.
- Familiarity with hardware components and ability to perform physical repairs/replacements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to work in the Senai, Johor area and participate in occasional on-call support duties.
