Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting
- Repair, replace, and upgrade defective computer components and peripherals
- Debug software systems and optimize application performance
- Implement network security protocols and data privacy measures
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and user workstations
- Perform regular system maintenance and security updates
- Document technical procedures and incident resolutions
- Provide tier-2 technical support to end-users
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support or technical roles
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize technical tasks
