Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect and verify returned IT equipment for functionality and physical condition
- Accurately document and update asset management systems with equipment details
- Travel across Singapore to various sites for equipment collection and verification
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Assist in IT equipment setup, configuration, and deployment
- Maintain comprehensive records of IT assets and maintenance history
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure minimal operational downtime
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or asset management
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Singapore
- Proficient in asset management software and documentation tools
- Strong communication skills with customer-oriented approach
