Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues promptly
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Document IT processes and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Train staff on IT systems and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
