Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and availability
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for compliance and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with IT team to deploy new technologies and optimize system performance
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or similar technical role
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience implementing basic security measures
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and user training
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are advantageous
