Pasaraya Jaya Gading Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Technician to join our growing team in Kuantan, Pahang. We are looking for a technical professional who is passionate about solving complex computer issues and ensuring our organization's digital infrastructure remains robust and efficient. In this role, you will be the go-to person for diagnosing, troubleshooting, installing, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and network environments.
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier technical support to our employees, ranging from resolving hardware malfunctions to assisting with software installations. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, monitor, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide expert technical support to staff regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure the integrity and security of organizational data.
- Configure and maintain computer peripherals, including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and promptly troubleshoot any connectivity or hardware failures.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in Kuantan, Pahang.
