Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of office software and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and data backups securely.
- Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity and local network malfunctions.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Document technical procedures and provide user training for standard office software.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar technician role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, including RAM, HDD/SSD, and peripheral repair.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
