Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment.
- Execute field site visits to install, configure, and repair technical assets.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and ensure all assets are accounted for and in good working condition.
- Provide prompt technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software-related concerns.
- Maintain documentation of technical logs, service requests, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the central IT team to resolve complex network or system issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and office technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an IT technician or helpdesk role.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle for field operations.
- Highly reliable, proactive, and willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required by business operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
