As an IT Technician, you will specialize in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of high-end Multifunction Printer (MFP) devices. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation and configuration of Multifunction Printer (MFP) devices at client locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly to ensure minimal client downtime.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of office equipment.
- Provide clear, professional technical guidance and basic training to end-users on device operation and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed field work.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for daily site visits.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably involving office hardware or printing solutions.
- Degree or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various client sites within Metro Manila.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical problems.
