Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, hardware, and software within the Industrial Engineering department
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of department-specific software applications
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades and technology initiatives
- Provide training and guidance to department staff on IT systems and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems, operating systems, and software applications
- Experience with network administration and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear technical guidance
- Certification in relevant IT technologies (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments is advantageous
