Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
- Implement security measures to protect data and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related problems
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Collaborate with team members on technology projects and system upgrades
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and server administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate are advantageous
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
