Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support including hardware/software troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network administration
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure optimal security and operational integrity
- Execute regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical information
- Deliver responsive remote and on-site assistance to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect organizational assets
- Document IT procedures, incident reports, and system configurations for compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support
- Proficiency in network monitoring, CCTV systems, and backup solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear technical guidance
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified) preferred
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or multinational environment is advantageous
