Role Overview: As an IT Technician, you will be the frontline hero, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for customers and internal operations. Your work will ensure that systems run smoothly, parts are replaced efficiently, and new technology is tested and deployed flawlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware, software, and network problems.
- Replace faulty components such as hard drives, RAM, power supplies, and motherboards.
- Provide technical support to customers and staff via various channels.
- Test and configure new hardware and software systems before deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and support tickets.
- Assist in network infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and products.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in computer repair and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
