Join Shopee's dynamic IT team as an IT Technician at our SPX Express Sorting Center in Bustos, Bulacan. In this critical role, you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring seamless technical support across all IT infrastructure. You'll diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, maintain network connectivity, and implement system optimizations to maximize sorting center efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in sorting center operations
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including servers, workstations, and peripherals
- Provide technical support to warehouse staff via remote and on-site assistance
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical operations
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems and network administration
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting and software conflicts
- Experience with logistics/supply chain IT systems preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are advantageous
