Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for employees.
- Provide first-level technical support and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery procedures.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT equipment and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Train staff on new software applications and IT best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and office software suites.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, routers, switches, and basic hardware repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
