In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and managing IT asset inventory. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and application software.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees.
- Manage network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT assets and software updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or Help Desk Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
