Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate all QA activities, including test planning, strategy development, and test execution across multiple software projects.
- Manage the end-to-end defect life cycle, tracking issues from discovery to resolution in collaboration with development teams.
- Oversee and coordinate test automation efforts to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and speed.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand system requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
- Define, measure, and report on key QA metrics and testing progress to stakeholders.
- Mentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level QA engineers in their daily tasks and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with established QA methodologies, standards, and best practices throughout the SDLC.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
- Strong expertise in functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Proven experience coordinating or writing test automation scripts (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect-tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ISTQB certification (Advanced Level Test Analyst or Test Manager) is highly advantageous.
