In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software testing lifecycle, ensuring that our software products consistently meet rigorous quality standards prior to release. You will serve as the strategic leader for our Quality Assurance department, guiding and mentoring a team of dedicated QA analysts, test leads, and automation engineers to achieve operational excellence.
As the IT Test Manager, you will define comprehensive test strategies, implement robust testing methodologies, and drive the adoption of automated testing solutions to increase efficiency and coverage. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding product quality and release timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end software testing process and strategy development.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, including test leads and automation engineers.
- Define and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and business stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve issues.
- Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Monitor quality metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or Team Lead with a strong background in QA methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JIRA).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
