We offer a competitive compensation package of ₱35,000 – ₱50,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging technical training programs tailored to different learning styles
- Develop comprehensive training materials, documentation, and assessment tools
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, software, and industry trends
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to trainees
- Collaborate with IT teams to align training with organizational needs and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements as needed
- Facilitate workshops and hands-on sessions to reinforce learning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT trainer, technical instructor, or educator
- Strong knowledge of various IT systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging, effective, and comprehensive training materials
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Patient and adaptable approach to working with diverse learning styles
- Certification in technical training or instructional design is a plus
