Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive IT training programs covering Java, cloud technologies, and related domains
- Design and develop curriculum materials including hands-on labs and assessment tools
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to professionals upskilling in emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain web-based applications supporting training delivery and content management
- Stay current with industry trends to continuously update training methodologies and content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business objectives
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical training or education delivery
- Expert knowledge of Java development and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong web development skills with experience in modern frameworks
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Java SE, Cloud Architect) preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience developing curriculum and training materials for technical audiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems and virtual training platforms
