Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web-based applications and platforms
- Support, develop, and enhance customer relationship management through the CWI Web system
- Monitor website performance and implement optimizations for better user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new features
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution of web-related issues
- Assist in the implementation of web security measures and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in web support, web development, or IT support roles
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
