Join Lam Soon's dynamic IT team as an IT WMS Lead to drive warehouse innovation and operational excellence. You will spearhead the development and execution of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) roadmap, optimizing system adoption across all warehouse operations. This strategic role requires you to continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain business agility and competitive advantage. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals, troubleshoot system challenges, and implement best practices. - Develop and execute comprehensive WMS roadmaps aligned with business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in WMS implementation and management
- Proven track record in developing SOPs and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Expert knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Experience with system integration and API development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) preferred
