We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ITAD Marketing & Sourcing Executive to join the team at IRSB Impex Corp. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and securing vital IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) opportunities that drive our business growth. We are committed to sustainable IT practices and are looking for a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between our IT asset disposition services and the market.
Your primary focus will be on executing sourcing strategies to maximize our inventory of IT equipment for resale or recycling. You will leverage your marketing expertise to build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality IT assets. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics sector, contributing to the circular economy through efficient electronics lifecycle management.

- Identify and research potential ITAD clients and partners to expand our market reach and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote IT asset disposition services and attract high-value inventory.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts to secure quality IT equipment for resale or recycling purposes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term business partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sourcing and marketing tactics for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure the timely processing and handling of incoming assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, sourcing, or marketing within the IT or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) lifecycle and electronics recycling processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and sourcing trips.
