As an ITAM Administrator, you will help bridge the gap between procurement, operations, and finance. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure 100% data accuracy of IT assets.
- Track the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets from initial procurement through to decommissioning and disposal.
- Conduct regular physical and digital audits to verify asset locations, assignments, and operational status.
- Assist in managing software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and prevent over-deployment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to process new asset requests and manage vendor documentation.
- Generate comprehensive reports on asset utilization, lifecycle trends, and inventory discrepancies for management review.
- Identify opportunities to optimize asset usage and reduce unnecessary IT expenditures.
- Support the IT Service Management (ITSM) team in resolving asset-related incidents and requests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and the ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar asset tracking software is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with local and global stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict reporting deadlines.
