Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, sorting, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any issues regarding shipment delays or errors.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers as required by the schedule.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in a related field is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25-50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid government-issued ID and updated medical certificate.
