Are you an experienced Iteration Manager looking for a new challenge? rhi group is currently seeking a skilled Agile Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract-based opportunity to lead key software development cycles and drive project success in a fast-paced environment. As an Iteration Manager, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a proactive leader who can foster collaboration and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and momentum.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively and remove blockers to maintain project flow.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to define clear iteration goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools to identify risks early.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and achievements effectively to all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Iteration Manager or Agile Project Manager (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant IT or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
