Tanggung Jawab
- Manage iTero product inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking all incoming and outgoing products
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies
- Process and ship customer orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries related to order status and delivery
- Implement and maintain warehouse organization systems to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics principles and best practices
- Experience with iTero products or dental technology is a plus
