In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our market presence in the In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) and Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) sectors.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring our diagnostic solutions reach hospitals, clinical laboratories, and healthcare facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IVD and POCT market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical demonstrations to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with laboratory managers, clinicians, and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide technical support and product training to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal usage of our diagnostic solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the designated product portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in medical device or IVD/POCT sales.
- Strong understanding of the clinical diagnostic landscape and laboratory workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in both English and local business languages (to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders).
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support regional sales efforts.
