Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and validate In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) equipment in medical laboratory settings
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex diagnostic machinery to minimize downtime
- Provide technical training to laboratory staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize equipment performance
- Respond to emergency service calls and conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Stay updated on product enhancements and regulatory requirements in the medical device industry
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience servicing IVD equipment or medical laboratory devices
- Proven background in diagnostic laboratory operations and equipment maintenance
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the East Region
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and technical documentation
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, GMP) and safety protocols
