Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal according to company protocols
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on facilities, lighting, and equipment
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with setting up/cleaning after company events or meetings
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in designated areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or maintenance roles
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 25kg), standing for extended periods, and climbing stairs
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred
- Valid government-issued ID and clean police clearance
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings or weekends as needed
