Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Japanese-speaking clients.
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Resolve complex product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaints and determining the best solution.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and technical troubleshooting.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1-N3 level or equivalent native/near-native fluency).
- Excellent command of the English language for professional internal communication.
- Prior experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
