Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with Japanese-speaking clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed product and service information to clients in both Japanese and English.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 certification is highly preferred).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, on-site office setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
